I love mine, but the Mrs loves it more as my snoring stopped.
If you have started snoring, you should trial oneI used to laugh at Billy Bob Thornton using one in Goliath, but now i wouldn't do without it

Rented one from Resmed for a few weeks. Loved it, tried looking for a some deals and found a great deal from Sove CPAP which I bought.
Took the rented unit back to Resmed who asked about my experiences. Told them I loved it but just bought my own unit hence returning the rental. They ask where I bought it from, upon hearing Sove she says that Resmed can price match anything so just buy from us in the future.
Don't understand the business model. Have all your distributors sell it cheaper than you but offer to price match 'anything'. Why don't they sell it for cheaper in the first place and cut the middleman. More profits for them.

I bought one as a replacement for my old S9 autoset and I do not care for it. Problem 1. Rainout. I don't know what they changed between the S9 and s10 but this thing - using the same settings - likes to try to drown me in my sleep. I got that sorted by going back to the clinic I purchased it from to ask for a refund and they gave me a printout of the humidity vs temp settings you have to use in order for it to not try to drown you in your sleep, so now I have dry sinuses and blood noses from the dry air. Yay. Problem 2. The humidifier design is, let's say, sub optimal. The whole tank expands and contracts with the changes in pressure and makes a loud popping noise with every exhalation. I've solved that one by wearing noise cancelling buds every night. Problem 3. Data harvesting. That free 4g connectivity allows Resmed to scrape your data each and every day and sell it. They actually make more from that now than they do from selling cpaps. You can stop it by putting your machine into airplane mode, just don't accidentally agree to turning it off via any of the nag prompts that come up when you interact with the machine or off your data goes to the cloud.
TL:dr Buy something else. The S10 is a crap product.

I got a Queensland health referral from a free bloom chemist overnight sleep test (from a gp appointment) and then hired a cheap machine and used it for 3 months. My first review of the sleep data report was then passes on and I got a call; they sent me a free air10 machine with all the trimmings (4G, heated hose) just bought a clone of the P10 for $99 from Amazon and it's awesome. Think you need to be on any healthcare card but its a great deal.
Cost 3 months rental and mask (used an adaptor) just removed the adaptor for the new machine. I did like the AirMini I rented; great for travel and worked almost as good as its big brother too. All are quite and functional but the airmini you need to request the data report but the A10 its all in your mobile.

I did a price beat with CPAP direct so you get a further 5% off that $1310 ($1244.50), just use the Sove CPAP Link and the corrosponding bundle is as follows:
https://cpap.com.au/products/resmed-airsense-10-autoset
Cpap Direct also let you pick any, i did the F40 despite it not being on the Sove mask select options.
Then get a further $100 cashback from them, https://cpap.com.au/pages/black-friday-sale
Havent tested the cashback, but it's worth a shot.
